Nineteen people were recently arrested in the biggest dog fighting bust the city of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania ASPCA has ever seen. Thirty-two bulldogs were rescued from the operation, and given that ASPCA officers actually saw a fight in motion, it is believed that prosecutors will be successful convicting the animal abusers.
