Two bulldogs may be better than one

As I’ve talked about in the past, and many of you bulldog owners know, bulldogs need a lot of attention or they can act out in ways that are destructive. But, what if you have to go to work for the day and leave your bulldog alone? We can be great pet owners, but anyone with a career cannot possibly spend all day home with their dog, it’s not realistic. Also, for those who do work from home, we all need some time to do what we have to do without needing a dog trailing behind us. So, how can you put an end to this?

Helping your bulldogs skin

During the winter months, bulldogs are known for getting dry skin. They often ‘chew’ on themselves as if they have fleas, but actually they are just trying to itch themself and their teeth are the only option they have. Dry skin on your bulldog is just as uncomfortable as it is on us, if not more. They don’t have the option of bathing and applying lotion each day, so the cases of dry skin can get extreme. How can you help cure dry skin on your bulldog?

Mischievous Bulldog

Bulldogs are one of the greatest pets if you have a lot of time to devote to the animal. They are well-behaved, protective and a great family animal. However, if a bulldog doesn’t get enough attention from his owners, he can go from bad to worse in a very short amount of time. While I’m sure not every single solitary bulldog has completed some of these destructive acts, from the stories I’ve heard, many have.

English VS American Bulldog

The American and English bulldog both come from the same line, but differ greatly in appearance. While the English bulldog is short, stubby and wrinkly; the American bulldog is slimmer and has a face that reminds me somewhat of a pit-bull. Did you know there are a few others factors that make the English and the American bulldog each unique from one another?

Bulldog personality

Bulldogs are by far my favorite type of dog for a number of reasons. For one they look adorable. There is something about their chubby little faces that just steals my heart. Although many feel that they have a mean look about them, bulldogs actually have a unique personality that makes them a great dog to own.
